Review: Amazing quality amazing customer service! - I purchased my printer back in September 2025 The printer is super easy to use , you can upload images or it has a lot of its own on the app. I use it to tattoo and I absolutely love it. It’s super affordable. It recently broke and I contacted customer service and within 3 days I had one delivered at zero cost due to still having warranty! Wow am still in shock as all I needed was a gear from it but instead they delivered a brand new one. I am beyond grateful ! God is good! Thank you soooo much!!! I definitely reccomend! I believe this is my first review ever . Am still amazed 😆🤩. Battery life is good! I recommend when opening the printer when jammed and to avoid issues , press both buttons to open at the same time so nothing breaks . It’s super easy to connect ! The quality is amazing as you can do highly contrast ! It’s a decent size and super easy to use again! 10-10 100% reccomend

The printer has been excellent since I purchased it last August. It prints clear stencils, I’ve never once had it jam, and was very quick to set up and learn to use. The battery life is fantastic, and it is extremely portable. The stencils print out very quickly and clearly. Love the printer, love the brand.
