I tried to get some of those gel heatsinks, but they didn't seem to work so well. Instead, I got these aluminium ones which are a lot more conventional. They come with sticky tape underneath so they stick right on to the chips. So far, they're working really well, and keeping the chips at reasonable temperatures. Will have to see how well they work in the summer inside the enclosure, but I got one with lots of ventillation. there's loads of them in the packet, enough for 7 or 8 RasPis, maybe more, so you don't have to worry about messing it up if you accidentally drop one, there's always a spare.
