The Hampton style and model number remained the same but the revised blend was a disaster. The Hamptons with 32% rayon kept their color but they were thinner and easily developed holes. They quickly lost their shape, didn't stay up and would get twisted around your foot if you walked a lot. In 2017, Gildan acquired Gold Toe and they restored the Hampton style and quality with 76% cotton, 22% nylon and 2% spandex. They're marketed as The Heritage Collection.
