It is supposed to be double stitched so the design should last, but alas. Less than 2 weeks on the bed and this happened. See pictures. I took it off the bed to try to repair the messed up stitching but I don't sew very often, so not sure it can be fixed. What is the damn point of having a pinch pleat comforter if the pleats are going to disintegrate less than 1 month in? I paid $82 for this because "you get what you pay for," but no! It lasted less time than the $40 comforter that I bought at Macy's on sale, and that was when I had a cat with claws. We have been very careful NOT to pull on the pleats but yet woke up to the pictures you see. Now it is too late to get a refund. I want to love this comforter but now I'm afraid to even use it. Dear manufacturer, would you like a chance at redemption? Please do something.
