In this case, all the parts were still there but there was a manufacturing defect with my unit (see image attached). The holes for the screws were completely misaligned which made assembly impossible.If the hole was in the right place, I would have kept this but someone clearly returned it due to this manufacturing defect and the seller still sent the item to me.It's the nature of online shopping I suppose.In terms of the product itself, i found it slightly odd that the unit was built with different angles but i figured it out during assembly. The printed literature left much to be desired but common sense should help on assembly. It was blurry and had no text.
