I have played for about 45 years. This has been a big part of my life and it has been upsetting about not being able to play. I saw this and decided to try it. I bought the advanced package. I feel the book and the DVD helped with the set up, it was worth the extra money to buy the beginning book and DVD, though I was able to skip the basic guitar info. I had to get used to the basic main bar first, but then got it pretty fast, playing all major and minor chords and got used to playing with it. Now I am trying out the pinkys and am getting pretty good at playing songs with 7th, 6ths, etc. I can't believe I can play guitar again. Its a cool device and very well thought out and ingenious method. I really liked using the rock pinky as I was able to play a rock n roll rhythm up and down the keyboard and play a nice blues progression. I still miss playing the regular way, but thus gives me a second chance.
