I use cloth diapers and the all natural oils are compatible with the microfiber in the diapers, so it did not clog up. The very first day I used some of the balm on the diaper area where I could see a rash forming and the rash was gone by the end of the day. After that, I have used it daily as a preventative and have not had a rash since. The stick format is nice for larger areas, but a little too big for small crevices.
