REALLY cheap. Comes with 2 suction cups if you have tile to stick it to or a countertop. I have neither. You can hang it with screws on the wall. They don't provide the screws. There is not enough surface to use double sided tape and you wouldn't want to scar the walls. A flat bottom would have helped.
