Review: Excellent performance and build quality for an all in one AMD eGPU - This eGPU is about double the price of the commonly available 7600M XT variants but it provides a significant increase in performance. It feels like double the performance, but in reality it's closer to 50% better than the 7600M XT. I can run most games I play in 4k medium to high settings with over 100 FPS. This is going to vary by game of course, but I previously owned a 7600M XT variant, and I had to turn down lighting effects, etc. to get the games to perform at full frame rates but at the cost of the games not "looking as good". I tried the MOREFINE 4080 eGPU before purchasing this, but I had massive problems with stability and you have to rely on their "custom" drivers and it ended up being returned. With this eGPU you can use the drivers that are provided directly from AMD and does not conflict with your integrated graphics if you have an AMD CPU. The build quality is excellent, metal body, and feels very premium. One thing to note is that this supports both thunderbolt and oculink. I am using oculink for the best performance possible, but when using oculink you loose the ability to use the integrated m.2 slot, network port, and usb hub. I did write ONEXPLAYER about this and they confirmed this is the case, and that I could try connecting both oculink and thunderbolt connections, but I have not been brave enough to try this yet. I will update this review when I do get the courage to try it. But if you're using the thunderbolt connection, everything works as expected, you will just take a little hit in performance due to the reduced bandwidth of thunderbolt compared to oculink. If you're using oculink, this does not include a cable, so you will need to source an oculink cable. Also, always connect the cable when both your PC and eGPU is powered off. Then power eGPU up, then your PC. When shutting down, shut PC down first and then power off the eGPU. Another thing to note is that it sits upright, like a tower. It is not designed to lay flat. It pulls in air from both sides and exhausts it out the top. You can definitely hear it when it ramps up, but if you're wearing a headset or keep your game volume at a decent level, it's not going to be an issue IMO.
Review: Defective Product and Very Poor Support – Warranty handled, but shipping reimbursement was ignored - I purchased the OneXGPU 2 through desertcart and, unfortunately, the unit was defective (Dead on Arrival). After contacting the seller/manufacturer, I followed all instructions for warranty evaluation. This included paying out of pocket for return shipping via UPS (USD 52.33), sending the product to the authorized address in the United States, and providing all requested documentation (invoice, tracking, and proof of delivery). The product itself was eventually refunded, which I acknowledge. However, despite multiple written requests and providing full proof, the seller/manufacturer completely ignored my request to reimburse the return shipping cost that I had to pay in order to comply with their warranty process. This left me with unrecovered expenses that were clearly incurred because of a defective product and at the seller’s request. After several follow-ups, my messages simply went unanswered. While the product refund was completed, the post-sale and warranty support was disappointing, unresponsive, and left me with unnecessary costs and frustration. Buyers should be aware that even when you follow all warranty instructions, you may still be left paying additional expenses with no response or resolution. I hope this review helps other customers make a more informed decision. Unfortunately, due to how this case was handled, I am very disappointed and would not consider buying from this company again.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Legion Go + eGPU, works 90% of the time
*by B***N on February 24, 2025*

I use this egpu with my legion go and my MacBook. Legion go works great after some tinkering. Need to sideload drivers for both integrated and external gpus. 780m for integrated Z1E and standard 7800m for egpu. Worked intermittently at first. I thought it was the USB cable, I was over heating due to a bug. Had to turn off turbo boost on the CPU after editing the windows registry. Works great after that. Im using amds software now because of the driver changes and everything is stable. Thinking about ordering an occulink to m.2 adapter and installing it with a custom back plate and booting via USB. MacBook. This will not work with M series macs. Intel macs will work under Windows via bootcamp. Not macOS. Macs will work with RDNA 2 egpus but support never got made for RDNA 3, I suspect that as Apple moved to their own chips they wouldn't upgrade support for intels chips. So windows only here. Overall. With frame Gen and upscaling, PoE2 med settings. 60-100 game world VS town. Black ops 6 - 165 stable med-settings. I got rid of my desktop and strictly use my Legion Go as a hand held and dock it for desktop use when I get home. I get less performance on the gpu bjt the CPU speed and ram made it worth it. The convenience of having my "desktop" with me is worth it, especially when my getting close to desktop performance when I get home.
