I hate to spend more than I have to for anything, but it's so cheap to throw darts at home, it doesn't take many hours of practice to make this board worth the cost. And if you're buying it for public use, I bet it will last longer than most, and your customers will appreciate the quality and may be more inclined to return to your establishment.

A: This was a gift for my brother-in-law so I really don’t know. I would think it’s a simple mounting. Sorry I don’t have more info. Item must have mounting instructions.
