We got one and used it for a couple years, but the amount of junk from outside that gets onto it, even on the second floor just ruined it. So this year we got a new one and installed this on it. So far it’s really keeping the unit free of debris and isn’t restricting airflow or function. We can also take it off if and wash it if we get a lot of buildup. I can see there’s stuff on it, but it’s not on the unit itself, so I’m really happy we got this!
