The toy picks up all noise in the background and hardly repeats what's actually being said to it. Also the volume is so loud on it that you can't really tell that it's repeating you. Also there are pre-recorded songs on it and none of them are child appropriate let alone appropriate for a baby. There's a song about "P-Diddy" talking about drinking and driving basically. None of the songs are baby approved. I wouldn't even let my 10 year old listen to them let alone my 9 month old . I've had it for maybe 10 minutes and the eyeball is already falling off. Also it did not come with a USB charger.
