Love the simple and slim design but opening the top up to fill was a bit fiddly the first time. The only other slight cons for me with this is the fact that it has no anti slip feet on the bottom so moves around a bit when using, you have to figure out the best spot for pressing the dispenser to get it to work (at the back and not the front) and after dispensing the hand wash you sometimes get a slight drip. However, this said, moving about can be remedied with some sticky clear feet pads and once you've found the spot to press the pump, all is good.
