I chose this screen based on other reviews. The kit is without a doubt one of the best kits I have used. The display build quality is top notch. The image quality is great. It's every bit as bright as the OEM screen. As well, the colors are on point. The off-center viewing is good, too, which is rare for less pricey replacement screens. Last, the touch screen is every bit as sensitive and functional as the original. Also worth noting, the tool kit included is by far the best tool kit I have ever received with a screen kit! I'll be keeping these tools for future jobs.My reason for giving this screen 99% instead of 100% is because it does not have the small plastic holders in place for the front facing camera and also for the brightness sensor. What's worse is the included instructions did not even mention needing to transfer these parts. Without them, the two modules could possibly slide around and end up not centered over their respective windows. I ended up having to heat up the original display to soften the glue retaining these two plastic sockets. I then needed to use a few small remnants that I cut off with scissors of the included double-sided tape to keep the sockets in place on the new display. The extra processes were not that hard but really should be finished at the factory as they are just little plastic parts and would not be costly to manufacture or install.In the end, I would definitely recommend this part. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Poor fit, not bright enough *by T***K on Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2018* This screen fits quite poorly with gaps and ridges all around the edge. I've installed over 50 iPhone screens and this one is just poor quality. The brightness is just not there either. If I slowly turn the brightness up, it stops getting any brighter after 50-60%. The color is also dull.I've kept this screen installed and have noticed more issues with it. The glass actually came UNGLUED from the LCD screen itself on the top 1/4 of the screen. In addition to that, I had my phone sitting on my lap in the car, went to put my seatbelt on and just barely grazed the screen with the buckle and it instantly shattered. This screen is easily the worst I've ever used. And again, I've installed over 50 screens for myself, friends and family. Garbage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars but that’s not terrible. It does sit up a little more than the original screen, but not a big deal. When installing you have to push a little hard at the bottom to screw in the external screws next to the charging port. Screen is a bit bluish in tone, but that’s not terrible. The only thing that doesn’t work is that my home button doesn’t read my finger print anymore and the light double tap to drop the screen down for single hand use doesn’t work. I’ve replaced my screen before with another company who’s screens are true to original but this was $50 cheaper and temporary until I get my new phone.
