I’ll wait a couple days and edit further depending on what I hear back.I purchased the Black T6 Plus 7 color unit and it arrived packaged well but here’s the issue, it won’t work.Read the directions and tried to “pwr on” but nothing happened. Usb plugged in and the red light went on for about 10 sec and then went out. Let it “charge” for 6+ hrs and still nothing. Tried to reset but since it has no power, nothing happens. Various tries pushing/holding different combos of buttons... nothing. Saw something about ensuring power is off before installing battery; mine came already installed so don’t know if that has anything to do with it.Says to contact customer service with any problems but there was no contact info included in the packing so I’m reaching out through this review for assistance or to make others aware if I can’t get it resolved.Will edit and adjust rating when applicable ### ⭐⭐ Infuriating quarks *by W***T on Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2019* So ive been using this air mouse for quite a few months now and while its acceptable in its performance it does have some issues that insure i will never be buying another one. Issue number one is that the keyboard will enter the same key twice even though you only pressed it once, this seems to happen when typing semi fast, i guess the drivers cant keep up, this is especially annoying when typing in passwords! Second but equally infuriating is how easy it is to accidentally turn your computer off. Like wtf! This happens ATLEAST once a week if not more. If you have pets or kids or you accidentally drop it, just pray you have everything saved. Tabs, documents, games. All have been sabotaged by this POS on a regular basis. Lastly the battery life leaves me underwhelmed. I attribute this to the led backlight. I use for the computer in the living room which we use as our cable DVR. The mouse feature is def something to get used to, but can be turned off with the button on the remote. It’s kind of a cool feature, but something unexpected. The remote is backlit with a bunch of colors, so every time I wake it, the color is different, kinda neat actually. It’s very functional & not difficult to use or get the hang of.
