I've tried light therapy before but haven't been able to sit myself in front stationary light boxes at the right distance / time interval for it to have a noticeable impact. Being able to put the glasses on first thing in the morning whilst being able to move around and get ready has been a game changer. I don't need to wake up early to have enough time to factor 30 mins of light therapy into my morning as I can just wear the glasses whilst getting ready. The light also shines down into your eyes rather than right at your face like a light box, so it doesn't feel uncomfortable. The glasses are quite expensive but for the difference they have made to my mood and energy levels they are so worth the money!! I no longer feel like I want to hibernate all winter.
