I have different vanillas from different places that have specific uses. Mexican vanilla for flan. Junk extract for camping. But when I want pure intense vanilla flavor, this is IT! I adore Americas Test Kitchen and they did tests showing that the type of vanilla you use doesn’t really matter in the end but in this case, they are wrong! This stuff is pure Heaven in a bottle. If I’m going to take the time and care to make a decadent, elegant dessert, you can bet this is the vanilla I’ll be using. And on a Black Friday deal, the momentary price drop made this a steal! I hope they do deals like this again. This bottle cost less than half of what my last bottle cost. However, whatever the price and whatever your budget, this is worth the expense.
