We purchased 3 regular sets and one privacy set for a powder room. We had to purchase brass screws at a local hardware store for all 4 sets. The screws supplied were too short. Way too short. We had to purchase the bars that the knobs screw onto for 3 sets. The were too short. Much too short. Only one set came with the hardware that was supposed to accompany them. An additional $18 in cost for hardware, several hundred for delaying the installation of doors and the scramble to find the bits and pieces locally.
