He recently started using the Dexcom Glucose Meter. We have to trim the simpatch to fit around the site, but it works great. Vin goes swimming once a week and gets a bath every night and the Simpatch is still intact a week later! He also loves the color blue. We let him pick the color to help create a smooth process when we have to remove the sensor each week and replace it to a different location on his tummy. We use adhesive remover pads to help get the Simpatch off and it comes off smoothly. Great product! I would recommend it to others! We hope to see more colors and maybe even fun designs. I had difficulty applying it (whoever heard of having to carefully separate a perforated backing on a bandage-type product!); it covered part of the sensor housing on one side.But my trouble came after I removed it to replace my expired sensor. It removed skin in several places which then became inflamed.
