I just wanted to have something to play around with. This device is perfect for just that. It is easy to setup and mount/dismount. My only issue is it doesn't keep a charge for long. The battery drains so quickly. But it does come with a car charger, so that kind of makes up for it. I, ran the wires underneath the top liner above the winshield, removed side pillar cover and ran the wire where the others are already, behind the pillar airbag, then to the side of the vehicle, under the glove box, under the middle console into cigarette lighter under the armrest. The only wires visible is 2 inches from the camera and about the same by the arm rest, you can't even notice unless you look for it. There are a lot of youtube videos explaining how to do this regardless of the camera model. Good video quality, no issues thus far. I replayed today on my laptop, looks great. Videos seem to be recorded in 8-9 min long files, which is fine. I am ordering two more for the other cars.
