There was no direct link provided to contact the supplier direct so I had to look them up and make a request outside of Amazon. So far no response whatsoever and I have noted in their customer forums that many people have had the same problem with this company. This could have been prevented with just a little bit of packing and a little bit of care in putting this expensive kit together.
