So this is probably my fault, but I think it's a fairly understandable mistake - this product is NOT granulated garlic as I had thought, it's actual powder. It's much less potent than granulated garlic and doesn't taste as fresh. Also, when adding to recipes this frequently clumps pretty decently, which can lead to gloppy garlic stuck to your food. It's a bit of a pain to store as it's too tall for my shelf and has to be laid on its side.

    Not so sure its really Organic

The Title has organic, but I'm not so sure. The Canister has NO mention of it being Organic and has a warning it is packaged in a facility that packages Tree Nuts. No mention whatsoever of being Organic or the origin of the Garlic either.  I've tried looking up the company to no avail.

This is ok.  I was hoping it would rehydrate when using it in sauces, but it stays crunchy and when I tried to use it to start my sauce with olive oil and garlic in the pan alone, it burnt and ruined my sauce... I'd recommend you not sautee it at all - its dry and crusty and probably should be mortared and pesseled.. (is that a thing?)Good taste if used appropriately
