Customize resistance level easily by adding or removing tubings from the foam handles. Start with one tubing, and as you get stronger, attach more tubings to the foam handles to create more resistance. Create as much as 110 pounds resistance when using all 6 bands together (our bands are designed so you can attach 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or all 6 tubings to the foam handles at the same time).
