Should I get these or the next model up to handle more weight?** A: Each of the Model 4 Vibrapods will support 14 to 18 pounds, per their site. So your amp might be OK on the Model 4. If, like mine, you have heavy transformers in the rear (a tube amp, for instance, with three large transformers at the rear), I would perhaps use a stiffer Vibrapod under the heavier end and a more pliable for the lighter.
