I had to purchase adaptor which cost me a lot since no one used Eau plugs and sockets here. The controller is a little light, but if it does its job properly then there is no problem. The mechanical relay has a rating of 100,000 switches between heating and cooling device. I wish there was a way to replace the relay only because the product would last longer. The temperature reading was accurate. The beat thing is the customisation options and the calibration of the temperature. The alarms worked fine so did the WiFi.
