What, if anything, are people using for this?** A: The “stand” is the trivet that comes with Your IP. I use mine to reheat leftovers, make meatloaf, cake, Indian food and many other things in my IP. **Q: The instructions say to add water to each container as well as the instant pot. they also say we can heat left-overs in it (no water). which is it?** A: Both are correct depending on what you are cooking. I added a little chicken broth when I cooked veggies in one and no liquid in the the other that contained chicken. The chicken was frozen and had enough moisture to cook it. **Q: I don't understand this product. Don't two different items have different cook times? Is it a steamer only or for pressure cooking too?** A: I basically bought the item for warming up food specifically. Note no steaming holes. **Q: How can this be used as a steamer? It does not have any holes to let steam in and out.** A: I said the same thing when I opened it! Haha but I just put a little water in the pan and steamed broccoli in the upper pan while cooking the meat in the lower pan.
