I needed a pot rack and hooks that wouldn't cave in under all the weight (one pan alone weights 11 pounds). Because we didn't know how we were going to incorporate a pot rack in the new kitchen, I researched all types for a year before deciding on two of the 36" Rogar Hanging Bar Racks in hammered copper (pretty).I am totally pleased with them. I love that the hooks face sideways to accomodate the direction I wanted the pots to face. While the hooks do slide a little when I am removing a pot, I think that is more because I am short and have to push a pot up in order to get the handle off the hook. It is not enough to be a problem. I also like that even though I do have to push a pot up, because of their design, the hooks can not fall off the bar.Don't let the simple design fool you - this is a great pot rack that I think would fit in any style and size kitchen.
