I put my broth tubs straight into the freezer. Defrosting is quite quick, usually one tub can fully defrost in a few hours and once opened (kept in the fridge) it can stay fresh for many days. I drink mine sometimes on its own as a hot drink, sometimes I had a stock cube and pepper, it's delicious ... It's a little expensive if you get a taste for it, as the postage adds up.
