It felt like a product that was made 50 years ago, in a good way. When you hold a product, you can tell by feel whether it's a quality product or not. Previous mixers I've owned felt cheap and lightweight; this mixer just felt like it was going to be a quality product. Placing it on my desk, the suction cup feet held extremely well. No vibrating all over the desk. It was quieter than I expected as the others I've owned were very loud. I'm not sure how much easier some of the more expensive mixers can mix your bottles of paint but this one works great. Another benefit of this mixer vs others is that you don't have to worry about getting your paint bottle just right in order for it to operate. You can hit it on an angle or hold your bottle pretty much any direction and it will turn on.
