Turns out it was an easy fix - a new battery. We ordered this battery based on the part number listed on the side of the battery. Product arrived quickly and our Neato is running great. ### ⭐ Worked for 64 days and now it is e-waste *by A***O on April 20, 2025* Bought it on Feb 15 and as of today April 19 the battery no longer charges.
