This one is VERY firm.Wood wrests are OK, but I always wished they had just a bit of give/cushion...this one seems to be in the goldilocks zone...just right.Other pads I've tried have had various issues, from height issues, to plastic frames that dug into my wrist as the foam broke down.On top of all that, it was difficult to find one with all the features I was looking for AND in tenkeyless size.Obviously only time will tell if this holds up, but I feel it will. The quality seems top notch.
