The only ‘issue’ I had was using it to help hold the leg onto my slow cooker. It lasted a while but did break down after a few months. I feel pretty sure that is the fault of the heat of the slow cooker and no fault of the glue. **Q: Can I use this to attach tips for doing my nails?** A: I use this for a lot of things. Every so often I end up accidentally gluing my finger to something or something to my finger nails. It glues wood, metal and lots of other stuff to my fingernails really well. So, while I haven't purposely glued tips on my nails, I would expect it to work unless the tips are teflon or something like that. If you don't use accelerator you will have a very very short time to position the tips on your nails. With accelerator, you will have almost no time to reposition. Edit: CA glue is not suitable for filling gaps.
