**Q: How much weight should i use**
A: You should check with your Orthopedic Dr. or Chiropractor to be sure what is right for you.  I have 3 bulging and 1 herniated disc between my neck & spine...I was started on a regimen of  7lbs for 15 minutes, 2x per day and then moved up 5 lbs per week until I reached 20 lbs... But everyone is different and every incident is different.

**Q: how much weight the bag holds?**
A: My therapist only wanted me to work up to 8 lbs.  over time.  but I think it can take 10 lbs.  hope that helps.

**Q: where can I find a replacement water bag for my Futuro cervical over-door traction kit?**
A: I would recommend contacting Futuro......I'm sure they have a customer service dept that can provide assistance.
