I bought the toy to stick this rod in because I needed something to entertain her. She just turned a year old and as you can imagine, she is very hyper, and a hyper 60 pound dog is very draining. So I needed a toy that she can play with, that will keep her entertained, that won’t break, and that she won’t take the treat out in 2 seconds. This toy and rob have been my saving grace. The flavor of the rod keeps my Nala entertained for a while (like an hour then she’ll get bored, get another toy and come back to this one). If she’s really going crazy with this one she’s able to take it out and eat it in a few hours. My Nala has a sensitive stomach, but thankfully this treat doesn’t affect her too bad, a couple extra smelly farts, but no diarrhea lol. Only complaint is that the shape of the treats and the slots inside the rod don't always match up perfectly.
