For a pro builder/repairer, that’s ok, but for the diner, it’s quite a charge. The resin does what it says on the tin and it does it well. You still have to mix it tho after it’s extruded from the tubes. It’s not smelly, it’s not difficult to mix, but it is firm. Plastic spatulas work well for this, but it _really_ does stick & not only to wood: take care not to get it on clothes etc.! It’s pricy stuff, this resin. On my window frames, where the wood had rotted away, I filled most of the holes foam then added the resin as a surface. There’s no structural weight/strain on the corners where the damage was, so I think this was acceptable. It saved a lot of resin. I have no idea what the official figure for shelf life of an open pack is, but I have used one after a year with roughly 25% left with complete success.
