Who would think your dentist would reccomend this.  My dentist said he was so tired of doctors offering no real answers for autoimmune disorders.This may not be what is happening with each person, but we need to look outside the box.  There are answers, we just haven't found our answer yet.

I would go so far as to say that anyone with any chronic illness would benefit from reading this book and implementing the self-care part of this book into their daily routine-protocol.  Dr. Perrin's theory is not only sensical, but slowly being proven by research.  He shows you how to do daily lymph drainage massage and some other quick things that can make a big difference on your healing journey.  The book is an easy, quick read and you like the more technical explanations, there's that also.  Thank you Dr. Perrin for listening to your patient's and for your further studies in neuroscience to bring this needed information to the chronically ill.  I imagine your theory will come to be proven for other illnesses besides CFS, which i do not suffer with.  It has helped in my case.
