Review: Very good stuff - Got these to use as dresings on the broken down skin that I have, would have gone to docs to get some but too long to get appointment. These have helped skin get better and kept skin free from infection. I am very pleased with these and although expensive I am happy to recommend them. Review: Atrauman wound dressing - Fantastic had to buy this product as ran out of them (used by nurse to dress mums leg ulcers but ran out and new order was not ready) so pleased I found them on desertcart, they arrived really quickly so able to dress mums legs (I am a qualified nurse now disabled and mums full time carer she also has dementia and gets upset when the dressing are not done, Along with the Atrauman Tulle I bought compression bandages, so very pleased with this product I do recommend that you only buy this product if the patient is using it.
