**Q: How much water do you use to each cube. Delivery seems expensive**
A: Hi, use the stock cubes obviously when cooking fish dishes,when I cook paella my recipe requires 2 pints of water to which I add 2 stock cubes i.e. 1 cube per pint of water,this works perfectly.

**Q: how many cubes are in a packet?**
A: There are six cubes (tubs) in each packet.  I used to use liquid clam juice when I lived in the USA but have to use these cubes now.  There is no difference between them, my recipes worked well.

**Q: Would these be suitable for a clam chowder?**
A: They would be ideal for Clam Chouder as they have a depth of flavour that everyday fish stock cubes just can't match!

**Q: How can you check the ingredients before buying if the packaging info is all in Chinese?**
A: Google Translate!

    Great stock cubes for fish based soups

Use these as the base for chowder and fish soup and they are excellent - a little bit salty but not over powering - and easy to make up. Not the cheapest but excellent quality.

Used this making Spaghetti alle Vongole ( Spaghetti with clams). It tasted absolutely blooming delicious. High recommend it! Doesn't come with any instructions but use a bit of common-sense and treat it in the same way as a stock cube, add hot water, stir and add to the dish.
