We call Tailor and ask for replacement of the mattresses, Tailor was willing to ship us another pair of 10" tall mattresses without cost and even better, we can keep our 14" mattresses or donate it to charity organization.Thank you Tailor, I just received an email confirm our 10" tall mattresses en route to my house. ### ⭐⭐ Extremely poor quality mattress *by K***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 3, 2019* This memory foam bed is horrible, collapses on the sides all the way to the bottom, so bad it is impossible to even sit on the side without sliding off. Mattress collapses in the middle or wherever you lie and puts you in a hole and can't even effectively use the mechanical bed very well as the memory foam mattress seems to stay in the previous position and puts you in a hole again. I have had another inexpensive memory foam bed for over 5 years that has more support than this one out of the bag. This mattress should not be collapsing like it does. I cannot even sleep on it at all. This is the worst mattress I have ever slept on or tried to sleep on in my entire life!! Perhaps its a faulty mattress. I have emailed the company and am awaiting a response and will update this review upon results from company.The mechanical bed seems to function well and be a very good product, great white glove service setting the product up. ### ⭐ Caution when considering this bed *by D*** on Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2020* By no means, Don't let anyone talk you into one of these memory foam adjustable bed .I just purchased one With all the Bells and whistles for the sole purpose of making our amazing sex life even better . It cost over 3k . Yes its awesome for sleep but the damn bed has NO SPRING ACTION! Not good at all for sex. In fact for anyone out of shape or over 40 it poses serious health risk as you must preform double the cardio to achieve the same result as if using a box spring and for the person underside it poses a serious risk of suffocation as the weight of you significant other pushes you deeply into the plush memory foam which will muffle the sounds of you gasping for air. If you think this sounds awful trust me it gets worse. See I decided i would puchase the split king model because I thought it would be a plus to have separate remotes so each of us could independently adjust our side of the bed to suit our needs and the extra room would be nice. Well after a few push ups the beds start to move apart and because he's working extra hard to maintain a rhythm without spring action, he's unaware that the top half of my body is now wedged between the beds and my head is just inches from the floor. I did manage to solve that particular problem by straping them together but as far a the other issues there is no solution. I truly believe the salesperson should have advised us of these issues prior to us purchasing this expensive good for nothing but sleep bed..
