This edge control gets my wild hair ALL THE WAY together and the wear lasts all day. The biggest con to this edge control that I’ve been seeing a lot in the reviews is that it can leave a white residue sometimes. I’ve been using this for years, so I can see why this may happen. You have to be careful not to cake this product up too much, a little goes a long way. It seems to be alcohol based, so it can get a little flakey when it dries. What I do sometimes is make sure that I incorporate a TINY bit of oil or an oil based product in with my hair while using it, and just secure the style by wrapping the hair in a scarf for a few minutes before heading out. This will help the edge control to not dry like that. And again, don’t use too much. If u need to redo the style, use mostly water to reactivate the edge control. My only complaint is that I think it’s time yall come out with a bigger jar. I use this every day, so I go through them within a month or so. Lasts longer obviously if I have braids or a style in and just need to do my edges. I’m not sure if this merchant is the same one who actually makes this product, but again, I’ve been ordering from this merchant for a long time. The product always arrived safely, no screw-ups, never any damage, no returns necessary, 100% success rate. I will update this if that changes.
