After a few days of it producing oddly inconsistent grounds with single dosing, I eventually just flipped the thing over and a whole heap of coffee including full unground beans came out. It takes over 90 seconds to grind 18g at setting 4, which should be medium fine… it mostly is. Maybe it just needs a burr alignment? But I wouldn’t have expected that from brand new. On the plus side it’s quiet, you can use the hopper cover kind of like an air pump/bellows to “clean out” the static clung grounds, and it looks nice. It grinds well. However make certain to empty your dose of grounds beans completely from the hopper. It will affect the dosage ground. Too much or too little coffee. Definitely need to clean grinder often with espresso beans due to it's compact size of burr grinder blades and chute output. I clean mine once a week.
