I started using this product at my employer, I love the durability of the tapes.  I'm an organized person, I use it to label everything.  I misplaced the little tool that came me my unit, so the back of the tape is a little more difficult to peel off.  I wish that tool was sold separately, I've looked in the stores that sell P-Touch but haven't found the item.
