BROKE WITHIN FIRST 2 MINUTES. ALSO CAUSED BODILY HARM. *by J***. on November 22, 2017* This leash is a piece of crap. My husband was so excited to get it and had been waiting for a month for it to arrive, had I had known it was coming directly from China, I might not have ordered it. With that said, it finally arrived today and I just came back from my first walk with our dog using the new leash. First of all it is huge, the handle is for a muscle builder or something, it's ridiculous. Also it is very noisy, it actually spooked my dog when the leash was retracting while using it. The final straw with it was when it broke! It broke on the first walk within the first 2 minutes! The clip metal part detached itself completely (into two parts) from the fabric leash; there was the part clipped onto my dog's collar and then the metal part that was attached to the fabric leash. I was able to reconnect it but it didn't last long. One minute later it happened again but this time my dog was way out ahead of me, which caused the leash with metal part still attached to the fabric leash to come flying at me and hit me so hard in my leg that it instantly gave me a bruise and welt. If I could give this leash 0 stars I would. I have never been so disappointed with a purchase from Amazon. I better be able to return this piece of crap and not have to pay any shipping.
