This is my first all Down pillow. I've had so many pillows, searching for the perfect one. I won't say this is perfect, but sure is close. I got the firm after reading a review that a medium was exchanged for a firm and the person liked it much better. I have a really messed up spine so I get a lot of stiff necks. A feather and down pillow just didn't cut it. Neither did "my pillow", or pillows we bought when we got our mattress. This one seems to have just the right amount of filling to cradle my neck (I sleep on my back and sides), it fluffs up nicely, maintains it's shape. So all in all, I am happy with this pillow. Plus the maker does guarantee it so your purchase is safe, since it can be returned.
