My apartment tub tile is “painted” (I forgot the proper name for it, you usually have to get a vendor to do it). I followed rest of the instructions though. I put stuff in it right away and haven’t moved at all. It was worth every penny. Very sturdy, would recommend like the instructions to clean and rinse wherever you put it at well. Especially if it’s going on a “painted” surface. I didn’t have this problem, I’m speaking to the lazy folks lol. It’s not meant to put on painted surfaces, but it still worked like a charm.
