Review: Works Underwater - This worked fine for securing bolts for line cutters on my propeller shaft. This underwater application requires a waxlike property to stay in place while the bolts are being installed, and that is what this product provides. Even though it is described as "permanent" it is not, just slightly difficult to remove.
