I have been feeling him every single day to make sure and he is doing wonderfully. I know some people are skeptical about natural remedies, and honestly so was i. But frankly, cats don't know what "placebos" are so i can rule that out. All I know is that for 4 months, he has been grooming himself raw, red and oozy every chance he got. even though he had a Cone,he was still able to reach an odd area here and there. After using homeopet, he has stopped completely. Whatever the underlying issue was, he is doing so much better. His fur is growing back nicely and he is so much happier. I open it using one of these rubber pieces you buy to open a bottle. **Q: Would it help for the lump on my guinea pig's armpit?** A: I don't know. If the lump is the result of allergies it may help. This item stops itching due to allergies, and when they stop itching the wounds heal. I don't know why a guinea pig would have a lump? It sound like you should have a vet take a look if it does not go away in a few days. Under arms on humans contain our lymphatic ducts, I don't know if that is the same for guinea pigs. This combined with another allergy chew has helped take the edge off. It's not a miracle solution but allergies are a complex issue. Giving it 4 stars because we subscribe to this and the shipping is TERRIBLE! We almost always run out between shipments because it takes the product a whole month (sometimes more!!!) to arrive...totally insane. I think I'm just going to have to change my subscription to get 2 each time to make up for this totally crap shipping.
