Recommended dosage is 12 capsules a day! 6 in the morning, 6 in the evening. This feels insanely excessive and also means your money won’t go very far, as you’ll be through the 180 tablets in 15 days. Potentially a good product if you need an instant health boost but not sustainable for the long term. ### ⭐ Contains alcohol! *by I***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 May 2021* Unfortunately I won't be able to use this product because it contains red wine extract.
