if you are trying to practice reiki this is a useless manual .. without the symbols to turn on the power ( I am a reiki master and wanted to review what i learned in the past) ,, all that talk about it's secret to reveal the symbols is BS. everyone should have the tools to bring in positive energiesthe picture actually produces reiki waves which is the main reason i bought this book..put it under my bed for virtual treatment/ and have used it in the past to treat erectile dysfunction on others..

Having been a long time and faithful student of William Rand, I am disappointed in this version of his book. I can’t tell if the book was copied and pasted from an older version or what, but several paragraphs and sections are missing. The lineage of William Rand’s teachers/Masters is missing, his photo seems to be poorly photocopied, several paragraphs are condensed with important explanations or concepts omitted, the anatomy chart is missing, the products list is outdated and includes cassette tapes, etc. This is not the version William Rand uses in his current classes. It is not updated and professional enough for my students. I will request a refund, and re-order the book directly from the Reiki.org site.

Great book.  But, too expensive for what it is.  Also, contains a few typos.  LOL.UPDATED REVIEW -- LOWERED TO 1 STAR.  Is incomplete.  Is a cut/annotated version of the real book (which is larger in physical dimensions).THIS BOOK MISSES SENTENCES, PARAGRAPHES, SECTIONS, PICTURES, ETC.  Such a bummer.Like Reader's Digest condensed version of the original.GET THE ORIGINAL -- IT EVEN COSTS LESS.
