The quality of this bar is worth the money, the locking mechanism is top-notch and very simple to use whereas most others have the typical toe strap ratchet type of locking mechanism which is very difficult to release when the tonneau cover is closed. This baby is solid definitely recommend. The gear net is also top quality and heavy duty. The additional adjustable arm could be designed a little bit better, it is plenty heavy but uses two thumb screws to secure it to the bar which will immediately remove paint from the bar when tightened down. Once in place, it is as solid as can be, and will hold pretty much anything in place.
